There are several changes to the new website.

Missing Platforms/Images

Several platforms are missing from our new website entirely at launch, and many items are missing images. They will be slowly added as we manually transfer our gigantic inventory to the new system. Can't find what you're looking for? Please feel free to contact us for any stock inquires.

Website Accounts

All previous online customer accounts are no longer active. If you want your orders tracked through the new website, you will need to make a new account prior to your first purchase.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can no longer be purchased from or redeemed on the website, and gift cards purchased in-store can only be used in store. If you have a pre-existing gift card (the barcode on the back will start with a 2, followed by two 6-digit numbers) and wish to be able to use it on the website, you will need to contact us and we can convert the full balance of the gift card to a gift card usable on the website. This is a one-way conversion - this new website gift card will NOT be able to be used in person at our store. 

VGT Points Program

No purchases on the website will generate points for our in-store points program, and you will not be able to redeem points on the website. If you are an out of town customer, have a points balance, and wish to use it on the website, you will need to contact us. 

Website Stock Updating

The website inventory now adds new stock overnight, with everything we've added during the course of the day pushing at that time - it is no longer done in real time. For newly launching titles, we strive to get them added to the system at closing the night before (so they'll be visible for our opening on the launch day), but this may not always be possible, depending on when we receive our shipment. If you have any question as to if we have a title on launch day, please call us!

Birthday Discount

The Birthday Discount is not usable on the website. Also, as a reminder, we will be ending our in-store Birthday Discount at the end of 2024, and if you wish to use it prior to the end of the year, you will need to provide photo ID with a birthday on it. We will be replacing it with a specified sale day beginning in 2025, with details to follow.

We have been working tirelessly transferring our entire inventory manually and appreciate your patience and understanding while we complete this monumental task.
